Cancellations and Returns:
Can
I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of your
product. Once Pay By The Day has shipped your product and obtained
a tracking number from the courier, your order is considered to
be in "shipped" status and can not be cancelled.
What
Is Your Return Policy?
Pay By The Day will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied
with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order,
you may return your item, in it's original packaging within 10 days
of shipment for a full refund. Please note that all materials and
manuals included with the packaging must be returned in new condition.
All purchases are subject to a 15% repackaging fee, payable to Pay
By The Day prior to return acceptance by Pay By The Day.
